MY THOUGHTS:
While my oldest daughter is only 10, this book is one that I am sure to be going back to as she gets older. I wish that my mom had had this book when I was growing up. The idea of a rite of passage is important, as childhood seems to merge with adulthood these days, with no clear rite of passage to distinguish the two. This book is one that I will keep on my bookshelf for years to come and I am going to go purchase Raising a Modern-Day Knight for my husband and I to read for our son. Loved it!
